What Customers Say About Jabra BT620s Bluetooth Headphone:

But it is ok, good sound and some what practical. For 50 bucks was a bit to much. kind of big and for some reason it keep re-starting my phone.

Even with my phone in my left pocket, I would lose signal fairly often, and have the song speed up, slow down, and skip. The fit is good and the controls are amongst the best I've seen on any Bluetooth stereo headset. The problem happened with several different phones of different models, none of which had that problem with any of several other Bluetooth headsets, so I can only blame the headset. Simply moving it to my right pocket reduced, but did not eliminate, this concern. The sound quality is also good. But I had uneven results with connectivity.

It connects on the first try, however, with the same phone when making voice calls. Lastly, the speed of the music I'm listening to will slow down or speed up occasionally , but I believe that is a function of Bluetooth technology. Sound quality is excellent, and the fit is fairly comfortable for this type of headset. Also, while it can work fine at some distance, it cuts out frequently if I have the phone in my pocket. All in all, not a bad deal for the price I paid. However, it takes 3 or 4 attempts before it connects to my phone's music player (Samsung A707 SYNC). I'm not sure if its the headset or the phone, but it can be frustrating.

So finally, I tried them on my laptop with a built in bluetooth and they worked like a charm. But upon further research I found that it was a problem with my usb bluetooth adapter (which i'm still trying to remedy). That did not work at all, and I was pretty bummed at that point.

the issue you'll most likely run into isnt with the headphones themselves, but the source of the bluetooth audio. It wasnt unbearable, but it made me wonder if this a2dp thing was really worth it. Let me just say that these headphones work absolutely fine, they have good sound, and are built well enough that if you arent trying to stuff them in your back pocket they should be fine.

So then i tried them on my desktop computer. They sounded as good as any similarly built set of regular headphones. So if you're leery of purchasing these based on other negative reviews, just keep in mind that there are a lot of factors that go into the quality of sound you get out of these, and fortunately they themselves arent one of them. I tried these on my phone (samsung rugby), my laptop (dell mini 9 windows 7 beta) and my desktop (with kensington usb bluetooth 2.0 and windows 7 beta).

all had varied results. On my phone, they paired fine, and had no problems with music playback and control of the phone with the buttons, but the sound was less than stellar.

I am currently looking for a case to keep it in. Do be careful because the giant power button is easily pushed in a bag or pocket. This is my second bluetooth stereo headset(the previous was a samsung) and I like this one much more. The Jabra seems sturdy, I find it comfortable even if i am also wearing glasses.
